Job Summary: Proativa Capital is seeking a Senior Designer to create and adjust visual assets, maintain brand standards, develop strategic materials, and explore new visual languages. Develop strategic support materials and original visual content The company is hiring a Senior Designer in Rio de Janeiro. Proativa Capital is a firm specializing in investments and asset management. It offers customized financial solutions to its clients, aiming to maximize returns and minimize risks. **What will you do in this role?:** Produce and adjust internal visual assets quickly (social media posts, campaigns, presentations, documents, institutional materials, signage, uniforms). Maintain and evolve brand visual standards by creating libraries, templates, and internal manuals. Develop strategic support materials: executive presentations, dashboards, catalogs, manuals, and internal communications. Create original visual content and explore new visual languages (motion graphics, reels, short videos). Conduct visual audits and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints. Respond accurately and with technical precision to requests from business units and internal departments, prioritizing tasks effectively. Participate in the development and rollout of visual identities for new brands and projects.
