We are looking to expand our roster with a **Java Solution Architect** located in Latin America to join a client\-facing team through a staff augmentation engagement. This role requires deep expertise in backend architecture, distributed systems, and enterprise\-grade platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands\-on architect who can design scalable, high\-performance systems while guiding engineering teams and collaborating closely with stakeholders.
