**Responsibilities and duties**
* Enter notes into Pipefy;
* Archive sales documents in Cloud and Lopes Net systems;
* Organize reservations in Cloud;
* Register customers in systems;
* Monitor DocuSign signatures;
* Scan documents when necessary;
* Provide commercial support and assistance to the team.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Currently enrolled in or having completed high school;
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Organizational ability and attention to detail;
* Ability to work effectively in a team;
* Interest in learning and professional development.
### **Preferred qualifications**
* Basic knowledge of digital systems and tools;
* Proficiency in document organization and control;
* Proactive and communicative profile.
