Job Summary: This professional will assist in various infrastructure and fiber optic and network cabling activities, under supervision and with continuous learning, ensuring workplace safety and organization. Working in a clean, safe, and supervised environment **Description:** Organize work materials and tools, maintaining a clean and safe environment (learning the routine); Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment for projects (under supervision); Participate in infrastructure assembly (suspension systems, wire mesh trays, racks, and shelves), following the supervisor and learning techniques; Assist in routing, organizing, and labeling fiber optic and network cables (learning structured cabling routines); Prepare fiber optic cables for splicing, keeping them organized and labeled for the process (under supervision); Assist in fiber optic cable splicing (under direct supervision); Assemble RJ45 and Keystone network connectors, learning installation standards; Perform installation tasks at heights up to 2 meters, with supervision; Assist in installing patch panels, switches, Edge devices, CHD, and DIO (under supervision); Provide occasional support for maintenance of HDD destruction machines and Server Lift equipment (learning operation); Assist the immediate supervisor, receiving guidance and instruction for all tasks; Operate rotary machines and other equipment under supervision; Learn and comply with internal safety, health, and environmental regulations; Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Compensation Notes:**
