A professional responsible for managing, organizing, and providing tools and equipment to ensure the necessary operational support for construction activities, focusing on efficiency, safety, and adherence to established timelines. Requirements: 1\. Technical Competencies (Essential Requirements) * Tool Handling: Proficiency in manual and electric tools for cutting, forming, and fastening. * Materials Knowledge: Solid understanding of properties, characteristics, and working methods for various materials, including steel, aluminum, PVC, copper, and other common civil construction and installation materials. * Proven experience in construction projects; 2\. Behavioral and Management Competencies: * Communication and Problem Reporting: Ability to clearly and objectively communicate any anomalies, needs, or issues related to tools and materials, proactively reporting them to responsible personnel to ensure resolution and prevent impacts on the construction schedule. * Adaptability to Change: Flexibility to adjust to new priorities, changes in planning, or urgent site demands while maintaining efficiency and organization under dynamic and unpredictable conditions. * Organization and Punctuality: Ability to maintain an organized workplace and inventory of tools and materials, facilitating access and traceability. Strict adherence to scheduled hours and deadlines for equipment and information delivery. * Teamwork: Willingness to effectively collaborate with other construction team members—including engineers, supervisors, and other professionals—to achieve shared project objectives. * Safety Responsibility: Commitment to following and promoting all occupational health and safety regulations and procedures, correctly using PPE, and safeguarding equipment, colleagues, and the construction site environment.
