We are expanding and looking for professionals ready to grow with us. **Key Responsibilities:** In-person, telephone, and virtual channel sales. Providing technical support throughout the sales process. Understanding customer needs and presenting technical solutions. Registering and prospecting new customers. Preparing quotations for requests from companies and individuals. Negotiating prices, researching market rates, and evaluating discount margins. Interacting with Procurement and Logistics departments. Staying updated on the latest trends and technological advancements. Promoting campaigns, events, and products via broadcast lists. **What We Seek:** * Candidate with completed high school education; technical or higher education preferred. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical sales within the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning sector. * Solid knowledge of Commercial Refrigeration. * Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts. * In-depth knowledge of offered products or services. * Aptitude to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships. * Results-oriented mindset with strong goal achievement focus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **What We Offer:** * Compensation: Fixed salary R$ 2.350,00 + commissions * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher (monthly value R$ 500.00) * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Benefit Program * Academic Incentive Program * Birthday Day Off **Location:** We have openings in Bonsucesso - RJ.
