Application deadline: February 5, 2026\. **Main Responsibilities:** Conduct searches in Bibliographic Databases and the PUC\-Rio Catalog; perform pre\-cataloging of documents; archive documents; register digital theses and dissertations defended at PUC\-Rio into the Division of Libraries and Documentation’s Thesis and Dissertation Control System; manage electronic resources via the Division of Libraries and Documentation’s Electronic Document Authorization Control System. **Required Qualifications:** · Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Library Science program with at least 35% of required credits completed; · Availability to intern for a minimum of one year; · Familiarity with AACR\-2 cataloging rules (must have completed at least two cataloging courses); · Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite; · Basic English proficiency desirable for general comprehension and technical terminology. Note: UFRJ students must have already completed the course "Mandatory Internship in Information Unit Management."
