Description: Responsibilities and Duties Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field; Active registration with CREA; Availability for occasional travel and on-site presence when required; Postgraduate degree in Communication Networks, Solution Architecture, Telecommunications, or related areas; Solid experience in telecommunications projects and operations within complex, mission-critical environments, including leadership of projects and teams. Desirable Requirements Postgraduate degree in Information Security or Cybersecurity; Vendor-specific network technical certifications; Governance certifications: ITIL, PMP or PRINCE2 (Project Management), eTOM, and other similar certifications; ISACA cybersecurity certifications such as CISM, CCOA, CRISC, or similar; Knowledge of reference architecture frameworks (e.g., TM Forum, Zachman, TOGAF) and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443\); Familiarity with SAP; Experience in Python and other programming languages for process automation; Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (prompt engineering); Experience in building Business Intelligence (BI) solutions; Experience in industrial or mission-critical environments, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector; Experience integrating organizational units or companies within the electric power sector is a plus; Knowledge of ONS requirements and familiarity with ANATEL, ITU\-T, IEEE, and ABNT regulations and standards; Knowledge of telecommunications governance, standardization, and technical regulation; Proficiency in technical English. Responsibilities and Duties * Interact with diverse stakeholders to ensure understanding of customer needs. * Develop standardized technical guidelines, policies, and procedures for the entire Eletrobras system. * Promote standardization, operational efficiency, and cost reduction initiatives across telecommunications within the group. * Conduct studies and evaluations of emerging technologies and market trends (e.g., 5G, IoT, private networks, SD\-WAN, mesh networks, etc.). * Define, maintain, and evolve the telecommunications architecture aligned with operational unit needs and Eletrobras’ strategy. * Establish technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for communication networks (voice, data, video, optical networks, radio, satellite, etc.) supporting critical infrastructure. * Plan and coordinate strategic telecommunications projects together with executive management. * Participate in corporate forums and projects to ensure technical governance and synergy among group companies. * Coordinate strategic contracts with telecommunications and cybersecurity technology suppliers and partners. * Support audit and compliance processes related to telecommunications infrastructures. 2510310202231841883
