




**Description:** Handling user requests with focus on Cybersecurity Incidents Act as the focal point for user requests and inquiries regarding topics that may compromise the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information; Perform triage of user requests, clarifying doubts and forwarding cybersecurity incidents identified for resolution; Interact with other Information Security teams and other departments within the company necessary for handling user requests, such as ICT (Information Technology), Privacy, ISC (Intelligence and Corporate Security), HR (Human Resources), Legal, and INC (Corporate Integrity).
