Leadership in the energy transition and innovation. ### **General Information** **Country**Brazil **State/Region**Rio de Janeiro **City**Rio de Janeiro **Team**Renewable Energies **Seniority**Expert (4\-8 years of experience) **Job Type**Permanent **Hire Type**Full\-Time **Work Regimen**On\-site **Posting Date**06\-May\-2026 **Expiration Date**13\-May\-2026 **Company**Enel Brasil S.A ### **Description and Requirements** **Position:** Senior Generation Operations Center Operator \- Real Time **Description and Requirements** **Key Responsibilities:** Safely and efficiently operate Enel Green Power's generation assets in Brazil remotely. **Your main responsibilities will include:** **In this role, you will be responsible for:** * 24/7 supervision and control of Enel Green Power's generation assets in Brazil; * Recording and communicating events that occur and restoring operations after shutdowns; * Coordinating system-related activities with the National System Operator in real time; * Executing operational scheduling; * Executing generation planning and intervention programs; * Direct communication with other generation and transmission agents. **What we expect from you:** **Mandatory Qualifications:** Technical degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields (a completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering is considered a plus). **Certifications / Qualifications** * Knowledge of analysis and interpretation of single-line operational diagrams and electrical installation diagrams. * Knowledge of power systems. * Knowledge of planning and coordinating isolation and equipment lockout procedures. * Knowledge of operating wind farms, solar parks, and hydroelectric plants. * Knowledge of Operation Management software (SCADA, HMI, etc.). * Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). * Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations Centers (Distribution, Generation, or Transmission). * Familiarity with ONS network procedures is a plus.
