Unimed Leste Fluminense is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for shift work at our hospital in Itaipú\-Niterói/RJ. **Main responsibilities:** * Actively participate in the formulation and monitoring of pharmacotherapy alongside the multidisciplinary team; * Provide drug-related information to the healthcare team; * Prepare pharmacotherapeutic monitoring forms; * Manage processes and projects aimed at ensuring the quality of clinical services provided; * Participate in developing clinical service protocols and other regulatory documents related to clinical activities; * Implement actions for prevention, identification, and reporting of medication-related and other health technology-related incidents. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy with active CRF registration; * Experience in hospital pharmacy with a clinical focus; * Knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation and safety standards; * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
