JOB OPENING – COMMERCIAL LAWYER (CLOSER) \| CONTRACT CLOSING A law firm specializing in Corporate and Commercial Law, Family and Succession Law, Real Estate Law, Sports Law, and Social Security Law is seeking a Commercial Lawyer (Closer) to join its commercial expansion team, with a focus on contract closing and conversion of qualified leads. This opportunity is exclusively for lawyers with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset—individuals who can effectively conduct consultative negotiations, identify clients' needs, and confidently present legally sound and well-argued solutions. Key Responsibilities * Attend to qualified leads interested in legal services * Diagnose clients' needs and present legal solutions in a consultative manner * Conduct negotiations and close contracts with technical confidence * Address objections and manage commercial follow-ups * Record information and activities in the system/CRM * Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to improve conversion rates * Focus on targets, performance, and results Requirements * Completed Law degree * Active bar association registration (OAB) * Experience in consultative sales, negotiation, or contract closing * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Persuasive, strategic, and goal-oriented profile * Strong organizational and disciplinary skills in lead and client management * Availability for on-site work and immediate start * Basic knowledge of CRM tools Preferred Qualifications * Experience selling legal services * Prior experience as a Closer * Ability to handle multiple daily client interactions * Experience in the consultative/commercial legal sector Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
