Responsibilities: \- Manage and process guest reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. \- Provide detailed information on rates, availability, and hotel policies. \- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, e\-mail, and online booking platforms. \- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all reservations. \- Collaborate with front desk and sales teams to ensure complete guest satisfaction. \- Assist in resolving customer issues and special requests. Requirements: \- Prior experience in hotel or similar establishment reservation roles. \- English proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is desirable (fluency is considered an advantage). \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \- Ability to work in an organized manner under pressure. \- Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus. \- Proactivity and attention to detail. \- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
