A culture that values simplicity, owner mindset, and safety #### **LOG\-IN TRAINEE PROGRAM,** **Designed specifically for you — a newly graduated nautical or engineering officer —** who wishes to begin your maritime career alongside a team of disruptive, engaged, and passionate professionals managing and operating the best integrated logistics solutions connecting Brazil and Mercosur. We were founded to move more than cargo — we move opportunities and create intelligent, customized solutions. The program **lasts one year of active sea service**, during which participants serve aboard our vessels and receive a stipend of R$ 1\.800,00, health insurance, and meal vouchers. At the start of training, trainees — Second Engineering Officers (2EO) and Second Nautical Officers (2NO) — learn more about the company’s operations and attend presentations on the Code of Ethics, benefits, career paths for nautical and engineering officers, routes and navigation, among other topics. Upon completion of the training period, trainees will be eligible for permanent placement within the Log\-In fleet. Join us at sea! **Responsibilities and Duties** Owner Mindset: With a focus on safety and orientation toward process and organization. Daily responsibilities include: \- Executing operational tasks to achieve objectives set by the vessel’s commanding officer. \- Contributing to the maximization/optimization of services provided onboard within your assigned department — either nautical or engineering — through guidance and training on operational routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Graduation from EFOMM; * CIR (Registration and Enrollment Record); * Proof of COVID\-19 vaccination, via the Conect Sus app, showing doses 1°, 2°, 3°, and 4°; * Valid passport.
