Market and trend analysis for procurement management A cosmetics manufacturer is seeking a Purchaser in Rio de Janeiro. **Responsibilities:** Conduct price quotations and negotiate payment terms as well as delivery conditions. Develop and validate new suppliers of raw materials, packaging, and services. Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery flow, resolving potential discrepancies. Analyze market information, price trends, and performance indicators (KPIs). Optimize expenses and ensure efficient production supply.
