Professional Experience Experience in developing and managing programs and projects related to associationism and trade union and corporate development; using data for designing, monitoring, and evaluating area-specific projects and programs; as well as developing training materials and managerial reports. Monitoring high-complexity projects and managing processes; developing strategic solutions; providing technical leadership to teams; and tracking key area indicators. Experience in conducting strategic planning and developing action plans will be considered an advantage. Primary Skills Excel (intermediate) and PowerPoint (advanced); Knowledge of project management and planning; Familiarity with management tools such as SWOT, BSC, 5W2H, PDCA, OKR, and similar frameworks; Driver's license category B will be considered an advantage.
