We have an opening for you to become a **Select High Clients Specialist**, where you will join as a Specialist—the primary expert in your field. **Your Role Will Be:** Responsible for managing established client portfolios within the Select universe, delivering hybrid service and comprehensive financial advisory focused on profitability, relationship management, and customer retention. **Key Responsibilities** • Deliver consultative service, alternating between digital and in-person channels as needed; • Conduct personalized financial planning, advising clients on their portfolio; • Develop upgrade opportunities to Select Ultra High; • Identify opportunities for upgrades and growth in results. **Behavioral and Technical Competencies** • Strong analytical ability and financial recommendation skills; • Negotiation and active listening skills; • Close engagement in portfolio management; • Ability to build long-term relationships; • Investment acumen. **Education/Certifications** • CPA 20 (mandatory); • Completed undergraduate degree; • Technical knowledge in credit, investments, and financial planning.
