Job Summary:
A professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, including hydraulic repairs, masonry work, and painting.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across all common areas of the campus, ensuring facility functionality and safety;
* Carry out repairs on hydraulic systems, including regular inspections, leak detection, and repair;
* Perform minor masonry repairs, such as crack repairs, tile replacement, and wall and floor repairs;
* Perform painting services, including surface preparation, application of paints and varnishes, and touch-ups in damaged areas;
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify areas requiring attention and implement continuous facility improvements.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Prior experience in building maintenance, with knowledge of hydraulics, masonry, and painting;
* Certificates from relevant courses are a plus;
* Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract
Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$1\.900,00 per month
