




Job Summary: This role involves food preparation, sanitation, organization, and support in daily kitchen activities, following safety regulations and good practices. Key Highlights: 1. Support cooks and chefs in daily kitchen activities. Maintain organization and cleanliness of utensils, equipment, and work areas. Perform food sanitation in accordance with food safety regulations. Assist in inventory control and storage of supplies and food items. Follow hygiene, safety, and good food handling practices. Collect and properly dispose of kitchen waste. Assist in plating dishes when necessary. **Desired Education and Experience:** Prior experience as a kitchen assistant is a plus. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling. Efficiency, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team. Good communication skills and proactivity.
