If you are passionate about Japanese cuisine and possess exceptional skills in preparing sushi and other traditional dishes, we would love to meet you! Our ideal candidate is committed, responsible, humble, and has proven experience as a Sushiman. In-depth knowledge of various fish types used in Japanese cuisine and the ability to work well within a team are essential. Responsibilities: * Prepare sushi and other dishes according to the company's established standards and guidelines; * Clean and organize work equipment and utensils; * Maintain ingredient quality by checking freshness and expiration dates; * Follow proper food handling practices and food safety regulations; * Collaborate with other chefs and cooks to ensure smooth and harmonious kitchen operations. Requirements: * Prior experience as a Sushiman; * Knowledge of various fish types used in Japanese cuisine; * Proficiency in preparing sushi, sashimi, temaki, and other traditional dishes; * Adherence to hygiene and food safety regulations; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
