A professional responsible for coordinating and controlling access to the construction site, as well as managing operational demands, ensuring organization, safety, traceability, and compliance with established procedures. Requirements: * **Construction Site Access Management** Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, suppliers, and service providers; * Ensure all access is duly authorized and recorded; * Verify mandatory documentation (PPEs, training certificates, authorizations, contracts); * Maintain an up-to-date register of personnel authorized to access the site; * Implement and monitor security and identification procedures at access points; * Support safety and compliance audits. * **Operational Demand Management** * Receive, record, and track internal site requests; * Prioritize demands based on urgency and impact on the schedule; * Assign tasks to responsible teams; * Monitor deadlines and ensure activity execution; * Report demand status to the responsible engineer; * Address day-to-day operational issues. * **Communication and Integration** * Serve as the liaison point among field teams, administrative staff, and suppliers; * Ensure efficient information flow; * Record relevant site incidents; * Participate in alignment meetings as required. * **Control and Organization** * Maintain updated records of access and operational demands; * Prepare periodic reports (daily/weekly); * Support material and logistics control when necessary; * Ensure construction site organization.
