**Job Description:** The Seres Group, in partnership with a national company in the logistics and transportation sector, is seeking a professional to work as Fleet Manager. **Responsibilities:** Manage the company's vehicles, identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency gains; Plan, coordinate, and control fleet operations to achieve maximum efficiency, cost reduction, and safety; Oversee preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance; Monitor fuel supply and consumption; Monitor routes, vehicle tracking, and telematics; Track operational performance indicators; Manage the team involved in fleet operations; Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures; Support operations during weekend demands and travel as needed. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; Experience in vehicle and tire maintenance; Knowledge of performance indicators; Familiarity with tracking software, telematics, and fleet management systems; Experience managing teams; Experience in freight carrier routines or logistics operations. **Desirable:** Specialized courses in fleet management. **Working Hours:** **Schedule:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Work Week:** Monday to Friday\-Friday **Work Model:** On-site Willingness to travel and provide occasional weekend support. **Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro \- RJ \- expBrasil We encourage applications from persons with disabilities (PCD), Black individuals, women, and LGBTQIAPN\+ individuals.
