If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and have experience in retail, this is your opportunity to join a team that values excellence! **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Manage ERRE Accessories' online store sales (process orders received via the e\-commerce system); Issue invoices; Prepare, pack, and organize orders for shipment; Provide attentive and efficient customer service via WhatsApp; Assist in tracking deliveries and handling returns/exchanges; Update and monitor the e\-commerce platform; Coordinate product delivery logistics; Prepare reports and support inventory control and product cataloging. **REQUIREMENTS:** Prior experience in retail e\-commerce (mandatory), preferably in accessories or jewelry; Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-conscious; Strong written and interpersonal communication skills; Degree in Business Administration (preferred); Knowledge of invoice issuance and e\-commerce platforms (preferred) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.600,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Retail fashion e\-commerce operations (mandatory) Work Location: On-site
