Job Summary: An Accounting professional to review depreciation, withheld taxes, tax calculations, ancillary tax filings, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Accounting account analysis and interdepartmental collaboration Description of main responsibilities for this role \- Review depreciation in accordance with the company's fixed asset control mapping; \- Review taxes withheld on service invoices received; \- Review tax calculations based on revenue (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, Lucro Real); \- Completion of ancillary tax filings: REINF, DIRF, DCTF, EFD Contributions, DEFIS, DMED, DMOB, IBGE, ECD, and ECF; \- Ensure tasks are completed within established deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality of provided information; \- Preparation of financial statements including: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Changes in Equity; \- Review administrative accounting-related activities, such as drafting correspondence; \- Technical review of calculations for withheld taxes and taxes based on revenue, verifying compliance with current standards and legislation; \- Analysis and composition of accounting accounts to ensure correct recording of transactions incurred by the entity; \- Support internal and external audit processes; \- Collaborate with other departments by providing accounting information. Requirements **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of prior experience in accounting roles; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with accounting systems—experience with Domínio and BPO Financeiro (Conta Azul and OMIE) is preferred. **Education:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Accounting, starting from the 5th semester; postgraduate degree (preferred) in related fields. **Languages:** English (preferred). **Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills, proactive attitude, willingness to acquire new knowledge and embrace challenges, ability to work collaboratively in teams, and commitment to confidentiality of financial and accounting information.
