Job Summary: Analyst responsible for managing public procurement processes, from bid analysis to contract signing, ensuring compliance and strategic participation. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in analyzing and participating in electronic auctions. 2. Knowledge of public procurement platforms (Effecti, ComprasNet). 3. Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze bidding notices and terms of reference, evaluating technical, commercial, and operational requirements. * Define and implement the participation strategy for auctions under your responsibility. * Prepare, verify, and organize all documentation required for auction participation. * Participate in electronic auctions, monitoring bids, deadlines, and real-time negotiations. * Handle appeals, counter-arguments, challenges, and clarifications, where applicable. * Coordinate and track the submission of samples, as well as their return and related follow-ups. * Monitor all stages of the procurement process, from initial analysis through to the signing of the award minutes. * Maintain updated records and controls for all processes under your responsibility. * Use and interpret supporting spreadsheets, including numerical data, pricing structures, commercial viability, and commercial terms. **Desired Profile:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (e.g., Administration, Law, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields). * Prior experience in analyzing and participating in electronic auctions. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (reading and interpreting spreadsheets). * Familiarity with public procurement platforms such as Effecti, Petronect, ComprasNet, and SIGA. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and a strong sense of responsibility regarding procurement processes. * Experience handling administrative appeals, clarifications, and post-auction negotiations. * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
