Focus on planning, quality, and safety Construtora Ápia is seeking a **Production Engineer** to work the night shift on a large-scale highway construction project, responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling field activities to ensure contract deadlines, quality, safety, and productivity targets are met. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor the project's production fronts; * Ensure services are executed according to schedule, designs, and technical specifications; * Manage in-house and subcontracted teams, promoting activity alignment and achievement of established targets; * Monitor production, quality, and performance indicators, proposing continuous improvement actions; * Control resources, equipment, materials, and labor required for service execution; * Support project cost management and optimization of production processes; * Prepare reports and monitor physical progress of the project; * Interface with planning, procurement, quality, and occupational safety departments; * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and internal procedural standards. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Active CREA registration; * Experience in managing and supervising highway construction projects; * Experience managing field teams and production control; * Knowledge of planning, productivity, cost control, and performance indicators; * Solid knowledge of pavement works; * Availability to work the night shift; * Availability to reside or work in the Itaboraí/RJ region.
