Great—so what will your responsibilities be? * Monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs) daily; * Transform data into actionable analyses to support leadership decision-making; * Identify bottlenecks, deviations, and improvement opportunities within operational processes; * Build and update dashboards, reports, and management controls; * Develop strategic analyses to increase productivity and operational efficiency; * Support defining and tracking action plans based on KPIs; * Structure Excel-based controls and ensure data reliability; * Collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, and other teams to drive continuous improvements; * Track strategic projects aimed at enhancing operational performance and growth. Required Competencies * Analytical mindset and data-driven orientation; * Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, logical functions, data cleaning, dashboard creation); * Strong analytical ability and logical reasoning; * Strategic and business-oriented vision; * Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership; * Ability to translate data into actions and improvement opportunities; * Effective communication skills for presenting results and aligning across departments; * Organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks; * Comfort working with large volumes of information. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in logistics operations, delivery companies, or marketplaces; * Experience monitoring operational KPIs and developing action plans; * Familiarity with Power BI, Looker Studio, or other data visualization tools; * Knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data; * Experience with productivity, SLA, quality, and operational performance metrics; * Experience in startups or high-growth companies; * Familiarity with logistics management systems (TMS, WMS, or similar).
