Job description:
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct safety inspections, safety audits, and field operation monitoring;
Draft and review technical documents (PGR, LTCAT, LT, LTP, APR, AET, POPs, reports);
Lead accident investigations and identify corrective/preventive actions;
Deliver mandatory and specific training in accordance with NRs;
Manage safety indicators (CIPA, SIPAT, PPEs, deviations, incidents);
Ensure compliance with labor legislation, regulatory standards (NRs), and internal policies;
Support leadership in decision-making related to occupational health and safety;
Participate in meetings with auditors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE).
Advanced knowledge of NRs (especially NR-01, NR-06, NR-07, NR-09, NR-10, NR-12, NR-15, NR-16, NR-17, NR-18, NR-33, and NR-35\).
Experience in developing PGR and risk management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and management tools.
Preferred qualifications: Additional courses in Occupational Hygiene and prior experience in consulting.
TI \- NR 15 \- basis for preparing documents related to occupational hazards
LTP \- NR 16 focused on danger (periculosidade) under NR 16
Assessments:
Noise (sound level meter), heat, and chemical equipment: quantitative assessment.
Compensation: R$2\.664,00 per month
