JUNIOR OPERATIONS CENTER TECHNICIAN

In this role, you are expected to:
Manage BT emergency response, supervise BT/MT service drop incidents, guide electricians on proper use of the communication system available in patrol vehicles, and perform electrical system switching operations to support scheduled interventions and restoration after unscheduled outages;
Manage low-voltage (BT) emergency response for the distribution system within your area of responsibility;
Supervise alerts and incidents within your area of responsibility to detect, group, and manage mass responses—including mass BT and MT service drop incidents;
Assign and coordinate response teams to handle mass alerts and incidents;
Record incidents with necessary information for power supply quality management; maintain records of emergency response process controls;
Guide electricians on proper use of the communication system available in patrol vehicles;
Perform electrical system switching operations to support scheduled interventions and restoration after unscheduled outages;
Support BT emergency response operations;
Authorize and monitor other scheduled low-voltage interventions, as well as unscheduled interventions arising from diverse field team information requests.
Requirements:
High school diploma; technical training preferred per area requirements: Technical Course in Electrotechnology;
Preferred: Distribution Electrician Training Course, minimum 240 hours;
Preferred: Microsoft Office Suite proficiency;
Basic NR\-10 Course (40 hours);
Complementary NR\-10 (SEP) Course (40 hours);
Preferred experience as Medium Voltage Control Center Technician, sector and electrical system operation—preferably in distribution operations.
