Job Summary: Fundação Mudes is seeking an Instructor for its Professional Training area, responsible for planning, delivering, and facilitating classes for apprentice youth. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with the pedagogical team to enhance the program Fundação Mudes is looking for professionals to join its Professional Training team as an Instructor. Requirements: * Completed or final-year undergraduate degree in one of the following fields: LITERATURE AND PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE / PEDAGOGY / PSYCHOLOGY / ADMINISTRATION * Experience in social projects and activities involving youth Responsibilities: * Plan, prepare, and deliver theoretical and practical classes aligned with the apprentices' training program; * Develop and adapt pedagogical materials, ensuring accessibility, up-to-dateness, and alignment with educational objectives; * Facilitate the learning process, promoting a collaborative, welcoming, and respectful environment; * Record and monitor attendance, performance, and pedagogical incidents; collaborate with the pedagogical team on evaluating and improving the apprenticeship program. Location: Barra da Tijuca Schedule: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and 11:00 AM–5:00 PM (Tuesday, Thursday) Compensation: BRL 2,416.16 + Transportation Allowance + Meal/food allowance (BRL 770/month) + Health insurance plan (with co-payment) + SESC membership + Birthday leave If you identify with the above requirements and responsibilities and are seeking a challenge within a growing organization, please send us your resume.
