This professional will coordinate administrative activities, ensuring the center operates smoothly and maintains high-quality service for students, faculty, and other staff members. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the center's administrative routine, including student service and support. * Ensure compliance with institutional procedures and academic deadlines; * Lead the administrative team and conduct training and development initiatives; * Support student recruitment and retention efforts; * Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements to internal processes; * Liaise with the institution's headquarters and other support departments. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (e.g., Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields); * Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably within educational institutions; * Familiarity with academic routines and educational systems (e.g., SWA, Moodle, etc.); * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and leadership qualities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with distance learning (EAD) and virtual learning environments. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM; Saturdays: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: R$3.100,00 per month Benefits: * Education allowance * Food basket * Free parking * Transportation voucher
