Description:
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
* Minimum of 7 years' verifiable experience in residential structural masonry construction;
* Strong organizational skills and proactive attitude;
* Ability to coordinate teams effectively;
* Good interpersonal skills and proactive mindset;
* Proficiency in construction management systems (e.g., AutoCAD, Sienge, Prevision);
* Willingness to work 100% on-site;
Desirable Qualifications:
* Completed postgraduate degree;
* Study and understand all project documentation (licenses, feasibility studies, commitment agreements, financing contracts, legal designs, and incorporation memoranda);
* Study and understand the executive budget manual and the financier's budget manual;
* Develop the Action Plan for construction execution, including methodology, resources, and scheduling of all activities;
* Analyze the situation, prepare the demolition schedule jointly with the Development Department, and execute it;
* Plan, guide, and execute site mobilization and demobilization;
* Request materials, equipment, and services in accordance with deadlines established in procedures and the construction schedule; monitor procurement progress with the Procurement Department;
* Identify, collect, negotiate, and forward data for contracting specialized third-party services requiring engineering technical knowledge; approve quotation sheets and draft contracts with the Construction Management;
* Collaborate with the Quality Department to develop the Quality Plan (PQO) and promote the company's quality management system culture on-site;
* Monitor, together with the Production Engineer, Site Foreman, and Supervisors, all works performed on-site from commencement through completion and approval;

* Monitor and evaluate subcontractor and third-party services; report to responsible departments to ensure contractual clauses are fulfilled; validate subcontractor and third-party measurements;
* Assess needs for hiring, transfers, dismissals, and reclassifications of site personnel;
* Identify training and refresher needs for work teams; deliver or request training as per company standards and procedures;
* Ensure project progress aligns with the proposed schedule;
* Monitor and recommend adjustments to the physical-financial schedule as needed;
* Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations by all personnel;
* Hold the Production Engineer, Site Foreman, and Supervisors accountable;
* Analyze, implement, and monitor the Construction Waste Management Plan (PGRCC) and environmental conditions applicable to the project;
* Prepare and approve the daily construction log;
* Manage and account for the site cash fund (funds available for unforeseen minor expenses);
* Provide progress updates on the construction project to the company's Planning and Control Department; participate in the project's Physical and Financial Planning meetings;
