Job Summary: The Windows Analyst will manage, maintain, and optimize Windows operating systems, with a focus on administration and support of application servers such as IIS and TomCat, resolving issues and implementing solutions for performance and security. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and optimize Windows operating systems and application servers. 2. Diagnose and resolve system and software issues. 3. Collaborate with IT teams and participate in new technology projects. As a Windows Analyst, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the company's Windows operating systems, with special emphasis on administration and support of application servers such as IIS and TomCat. You will play a critical role in troubleshooting, server administration, and implementing solutions to improve system performance and security. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and manage Windows-based servers and workstations. * Administer and configure application servers, including IIS and TomCat. * Diagnose and resolve issues related to the operating system, application servers, and software. * Implement and configure security updates and patches. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on systems and hardware. * Create and maintain technical and process documentation. * Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure system integrity and efficiency. * Participate in planning and execution of IT projects, including implementation of new technologies and solutions. * Provide technical support to end users and train them on new tools and processes. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree from an MEC-recognized higher education institution in any of the following fields: Computing, Informatics, Systems Analysis, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Accounting, Physics, Astronomy, Geology, or Chemistry. * Proven experience with Windows Server operating systems. * Experience administering and configuring application servers such as IIS and TomCat. * Solid knowledge of Windows server administration, including service, network, and security management. * Experience with automation and configuration tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) is a plus. * Knowledge of virtualization (e.g., VMware, KVM) is a plus. * Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python) are desirable. * Knowledge of networking and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). * Ability to effectively troubleshoot problems and work under pressure. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **What We Offer:** * Meal or Food Allowance; * Medical and Dental Assistance; * Pharmacy Program (discounts on medication purchases); * Life Insurance; * TIVIT Club (discounts and partnerships with top retailers); * PAC – Career Acceleration Program; * Certification Reimbursement; * MOBIFLIX – Our corporate academy offers both in-person and online courses aligned with the latest trends in the technology market; * Online payroll-deductible credit platform; TIVIT supports you in achieving personal goals—such as home/apartment renovations, financing studies, or paying off debts—according to company policies and regulations; * Personal Support Program offering psychological, financial, and legal counseling in partnership with Alelo.
