Job Summary: We are seeking an intern to work in Recruitment and Selection, supporting various stages of the process with energy and a strong willingness to learn. Key Highlights: 1. Internship focused on human resource management and professional development We are looking for an intern to work with a focus on Recruitment and Selection. We seek someone energetic, eager to learn, and passionate about the field of human resource management. Main Responsibilities: * Support in posting job openings across various platforms; * Resume screening and interview scheduling; * Assistance in conducting phone and in-person interviews; * Support in onboarding processes; * Assistance in document organization and maintaining departmental spreadsheets; Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields (from the 3rd semester onward); * Interest in Recruitment and Selection; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital tools; * Easy access to Barra da Tijuca. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in customer service; * Completion of a course or workshop focused on R\&S. \- Availability from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
