If you are committed, detail-oriented, and wish to contribute to the success of a company that values integrity and innovation, GSS is the right place for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate elevators safely and efficiently, transporting people between floors; * Provide courteous service to users, offering basic information when requested; * Ensure the proper functioning of the elevator, reporting malfunctions and anomalies to the responsible department; * Observe the equipment’s capacity limit and ensure appropriate usage; * Comply with internal company and client regulations; * Support, when necessary, crowd control in common areas and visitor reception. ### **Desired Experience:** * Prior experience as an elevator operator or in customer-facing roles will be considered an advantage; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and constant attention to detail; * Basic knowledge of elevator safety and operation standards; * Ability to follow instructions and act preventively in response to operational risks. **Requirements and Qualifications** For this role, the candidate must be polite, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. It is essential to demonstrate initiative, proactivity, and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service aligned with GSS’s values of ethics, respect, and reliability. **Important:** Candidates must hold a valid elevator operator certification. **Additional Information** Salary per Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT), Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, and Group Life Insurance.
