People management and continuous customer support Opportunity: Shift Coordinator \- Fast Food **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 1\.885,00 * **Performance bonuses for outstanding performance:** R$ 200,00 * **Benefits:** Transportation allowance (R$ 10,00/day) and on-site meals. **Responsibilities** * Operational leadership of the team, covering both kitchen and front-of-store operations. * Direct involvement in all operational stages and public-facing customer service. * Inventory control and weekly stock counts. * People management and continuous support in customer service. **Requirements** * Proven experience in leadership roles within the Fast Food sector. * Proactive profile ("hands-on") with full availability for operational duties. * Availability to work the night shift, ending at 02:15\. * **Note:** It is essential to have personal or viable transportation for the departure time. **Work Schedule** * **Rotation:** 6 days on, 1 day off (one weekly day off and one Sunday per month). * **Working Hours:** 5:50 PM to 2:15 AM\.
