The professional will directly manage complex proceedings, draft strategic documents, and interact with clients and other stakeholders involved in the procedures. Main Responsibilities * Handling judicial recovery and bankruptcy proceedings as Judicial Administrator; * Drafting strategic procedural documents; * Monitoring proceedings and managing deadlines; * Analyzing judicial recovery plans and debt restructuring strategies; * Participating in general creditors' meetings and negotiations; * Preparing legal reports and opinions. **Benefits:** To be determined **Required Qualifications:** * Law degree with active OAB registration; * Experience in judicial recovery and bankruptcy; * Experience drafting complex procedural documents; * Knowledge of applicable legislation, Law No. 11\.101/2005 (Judicial Recovery and Bankruptcy Law); * Organizational skills, analytical ability, and strong legal writing proficiency; Preferred Qualifications * Postgraduate degree or specialization in corporate law, corporate recovery, or insolvency.
