**Job Description:** The mission of the SharePoint and Power Platform Developer role is to develop and support solutions based on SharePoint and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI), aligned with organizational and client needs, promoting efficiency, security, and innovation in solutions. Education Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in SharePoint and Power Platform administration and development. Experience in implementation and customization projects for SharePoint and the Power Platform. Knowledge of Microsoft low-code platforms: Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. Advanced knowledge of web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience implementing SharePoint security and permission solutions. Day-to-Day Activities Perform advanced SharePoint administration, including configurations and customizations. Develop customized SharePoint solutions using tools such as SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Participate in defining requirements and specifications for SharePoint projects. Manage SharePoint security and permissions. Provide technical support to SharePoint users. Support and train junior team members. Responsibilities Administer and customize the SharePoint environment to meet users’ specific needs. Ensure compliance with SharePoint security and governance best practices. Create and maintain automated workflows and customized forms. Identify and resolve SharePoint-related technical issues promptly. Serve as the technical point of reference for the team and stakeholders. Challenges Plan and execute complex projects with challenging deadlines. Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions meeting stakeholders’ expectations. Continuously learn new tools and features within the Microsoft ecosystem. Resolve critical technical issues, such as performance optimization and permission management in complex environments.
