Job Summary: A hands-on professional to coordinate the workshop, manage maintenance and inventory, and lead the team—aiming to optimize fleet productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and administrative routines Main Responsibilities \- Coordinate workshop floor activities, leading mechanics and assistants; \- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for the fleet; \- Organize and supervise external field services, ensuring agility and quality; \- Manage the workshop's administrative workflow (service orders, time tracking, reports); \- Manage inventory of parts, supplies, and tools to avoid shortages or overstocking; \- Identify part procurement needs and follow up on replenishment with the responsible department; \- Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements; \- Serve as the liaison between operations, logistics, and administration; \- Monitor workshop performance indicators (downtime, maintenance cost, productivity). Requirements \- Prior experience in heavy machinery workshops, yellow-line equipment, or truck fleets; \- Experience managing operational teams; \- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance of heavy equipment; \- Experience with inventory control and administrative routines; \- Familiarity with or experience using the Sienge system; \- Strong organizational skills, sense of priority, and decision-making ability; \- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple simultaneous demands.
