Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a** ***SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST*** **are:** * Develop predictive models using Machine Learning for audience segmentation and clustering of students, applied and targeted across key online media channels; * Conduct advanced analyses (applying statistical methods) of student acquisition journeys, yielding deeper insights into website navigation behaviors and types of media messages that attract candidate profiles most likely to convert; * Perform technical evaluations and comparisons among statistical attribution models (“contribution to results vs. investment”) for media and sales channels, supporting media teams in investment decisions that maximize ROI, revenue, and new student acquisition volume; * Deliver valuable insights on the contributions of specific media campaigns (online and offline), both “awareness” and “consideration”, to acquisition outcomes (incremental new students); * Conduct statistical analyses of marketing assets (“creatives”) to identify which message attributes and media formats most contribute to new student acquisition results; * Build predictive models for conversion, retention, lead scoring, and delinquency. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Specialization in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or similar disciplines; * Strong programming skills, especially in Python, R, and SQL; * Proficiency in major data science libraries—and domain-specific ones—is essential; * Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Scikit\-learn; * Basic/intermediate experience with Hadoop, Spark, and other Big Data technologies; * Advanced knowledge of data modeling and mining techniques, as well as machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis; * Experience in cloud computing environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform; * Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView; * Marketing knowledge is a plus. **Additional Information** Work Location: Hybrid — Rio de Janeiro.
