Acting as the focal point and communicating with stakeholders ### **Job Description** Responsible for planning, monitoring, and ensuring the efficient execution of projects, guaranteeing timelines, costs, quality, and alignment with the company's strategic objectives! ### **Responsibilities** * Plan and structure projects (scope, schedule, resources, and budget) * Monitor progress of activities and deliverables * Monitor project performance indicators (KPIs) * Identify risks and propose mitigation plans * Support demand prioritization and portfolio management * Prepare managerial reports and executive presentations * Conduct status meetings with stakeholders * Ensure communication among involved departments * Control scope changes (change management) * Act as the focal point for projects under your responsibility * Ensure adherence to established deadlines and goals * Support managers in data-driven decision-making * Organize project documentation and history * Interact with suppliers and internal customers; * Ensure compliance with company policies and processes; ### **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related fields) * Experience in project management or project monitoring * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency * Strong communication and organizational skills * Project management certification or equivalent * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency * Data analysis knowledge * Experience with procurement systems or supply chain * Organization and planning skills * Analytical thinking * Proactivity * Strong interpersonal communication * Time and priority management * Problem-solving ability. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with procurement portals/suppliers * Experience in Customer Success (CS/CX) * Knowledge of corporate processes or ERP systems ### **Benefits** * Monthly fixed stipend (agreed upon during interview); * Hybrid work model; * Amil health insurance (co-payment) * Amil dental insurance (co-payment) * Life insurance * Training program – Semapi Educa * Health and wellness program – Semapi Escuta \+ Namu * 15 consecutive days of vacation
