




Job Summary: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing IT activities in a hotel, ensuring system availability, security, and efficiency, as well as infrastructure and equipment performance. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and manage the Information Technology team. 2. Evaluate and propose technological innovations for modernization and efficiency. 3. Ensure information, network, and corporate data security. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the hotel's Information Technology department activities, ensuring the availability, security, and efficiency of systems, infrastructure, and IT equipment. Involved in evaluating and implementing technology solutions aimed at optimizing operational processes, supporting hotel departments, and meeting internal and external customer needs. Manages IT assets, servers, networks, systems, databases, telephone exchanges, and electronic monitoring systems. * Manage and lead the Information Technology team; * Plan, implement, maintain, and monitor servers, systems, and IT infrastructure; * Define technical specifications, configurations, and procurement of equipment and software; * Design, administer, and maintain wired and wireless network architecture; * Ensure information, network, and corporate data security; * Ensure effectiveness, operation, and maintenance of CCTV circuits; * Manage databases, ensuring data integrity, availability, and backups; * Administer and ensure operation of the telephone exchange and communication systems; * Evaluate and propose technological innovations to support process modernization and efficiency, per management directives; * Address technological demands and needs from hotel departments and internal customers; * Prepare technical and managerial reports on area performance, risks, and improvements; * Participate in training sessions when required; * Comply with company internal rules, policies, and procedures; * Perform other duties compatible with the position and IT department routines, as directed by leadership.
