Job Summary: Responsible for supervising the CCO operational team, ensuring compliance with procedures, and proposing continuous improvements to processes. Key Highlights: 1. Operational monitoring and control Responsibilities Supervise the CCO operational team, ensuring discipline, productivity, and quality in activities Monitor operations in real time, identifying and addressing deviations and incidents Ensure compliance with operational procedures, internal policies, and SLAs Prepare operational reports and performance indicators Manage team schedules, vacations, and attendance tracking Support operator training, refresher courses, and development Communicate\-with internal and external departments to resolve incidents Propose continuous improvements to operational processes Requirements Completed high school education (higher education in related fields preferred) Previous experience in CCO, operations, or similar areas Experience in team leadership Knowledge of monitoring, tracking, or operational control systems Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills Availability to work rotating shifts, if required Preferred Qualifications Completed or ongoing higher education Experience in the \[transportation/logistics/security/etc.] sector Knowledge of operational indicators (KPIs) Experience in crisis or incident management Minimum Education Level: Higher Education Driver's License: A, B Willingness to travel * Transportation Allowance * Group Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Food Voucher * Fuel
