More than experience, we seek attitude, commitment, and energy to grow together with us. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **What We Expect From You:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Process Management, or related fields; * Strong communication skills and active listening; * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Word, Outlook, and Teams); * Knowledge of Protheus is a plus. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Process invoices in the internal system, correctly allocating them to accounting accounts; * Prepare payment approvals; * Analyze billing according to CFOP criteria and the Brazilian Federal Revenue Code Table; * Monitor supplier payment flow; * Provide support to inventory and administrative teams across all units; * Assist unit managers and OH with clarifications and controls; * Directly contribute to the company’s monthly results; * Learn about the business and actively participate in processes.
