You are committed, engaged, and act proactively to achieve objectives. About the Role You will provide technical support and prepare budgets in the Technical Assistance area. Daily responsibilities include: * Execute and monitor maintenance plans. * Organize and register machines and equipment in the maintenance system. * Plan and control maintenance staff activities. * Collect maintenance data and indicators. * Develop process improvements aimed at cost reduction, optimization of steps, shorter execution time, and reduced unplanned machine and equipment downtime. * Develop suppliers and service providers. * Conduct operational training as required. * Develop processes and create or refine maintenance procedures. * Report problems and anomalies detected in machines and equipment. * Provide support for emergency/unplanned repairs of production equipment during operation. * Prepare budget proposals for purchasing spare parts and maintenance services. * Create and submit purchase requisitions for manager approval. * Follow up with suppliers and the procurement department regarding receipt of maintenance parts for repair. * Develop routines and checklists for predictive and preventive maintenance. * Track labor hours spent on maintenance activities and report deviations. Desired Skills/Knowledge: * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Advanced computer literacy.
