Responsible for organization and food pre-preparation A bistro restaurant located inside a condominium in Barra da Tijuca is looking for a kitchen assistant passionate about gastronomy to join its team — someone who is demanding and committed to quality! Responsible for keeping the workspace and necessary equipment organized for general food preparation. Perform food pre-preparation and dish finishing, assemble station pre-preparations, provide service, operate the grill station, and clean utensils and food items.
