**About the Position:** We are seeking an agile, organized professional who enjoys working in a team to join our kitchen team. Your primary mission will be to ensure that our chefs and customers always have immaculate and sanitized dishes, glasses, and utensils, maintaining the pace of our operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Washing and sanitizing** dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, and other kitchen utensils (manually and/or using an industrial dishwasher). * Proper organization and storage of cleaned utensils in designated locations. * Assisting with cleaning and maintenance of the dishwashing area (steward station) and the kitchen overall. * Removing kitchen waste and disposing of it properly. * Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. **Requirements:** * **Agility and physical stamina** (essential for the pace of a busy restaurant). * Attention to detail (ensuring no residue remains on items). * Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit. * Punctuality and responsibility regarding scheduled hours. * *Preferred:* Prior experience in professional kitchens, bars, or restaurants. * *Preferred:* Easy access to the workplace (especially for night shifts). **What We Offer:** * On-site meals * Transportation Allowance Compensation: R$1\.844,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
