




Job Summary: This role involves providing basic technical support to employees, maintaining equipment and network infrastructure, and organizing hardware and software inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for employees 2. Preventive equipment maintenance 3. IT inventory organization * Provide technical assistance to employees experiencing basic technical issues (e.g., system access, printer problems, emails, etc.); * Assist with installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance of equipment (computers, printers, routers, etc.); * Support the organization of hardware and software inventory; * Monitor technical service tickets via the ticketing system and assist in their resolution; * Support the infrastructure team in network maintenance (cabling, routers, switches); * Assist in formatting and preparing machines for new employees; * Support access control, permission management, and user account creation.
