ABOUT THE POSITION: We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst with strong functional and technical vision, capable of acting proactively as a bridge between business units and technology suppliers. This professional will play a strategic role in solution definition, transforming user needs into accurate, scalable, and high-quality technological deliverables. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting architectural decisions, actively participating in the evolution of corporate platforms, and contributing to the success of projects executed with partner suppliers. We seek someone with excellent communication skills, technical expertise to engage with developers, and analytical insight to support business needs with clarity and precision. Your typical day will include: * Translating functional requirements into clear and comprehensive technical documentation. * Collaborating closely with API (Java) and Salesforce developers to propose architecture solutions oriented toward scalability, resilience, and performance. * Discussing solution architecture with cross-functional teams (Architecture, Information Security, Data, and Infrastructure). * Monitoring supplier-executed development to ensure adherence to specifications and non-functional requirements. * Challenging and guiding software architectures, proposing improvements when necessary. * Participating in failure diagnostics, querying data across multiple databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle), engaging relevant teams, and leading root cause analyses. * Supporting platform evolution and proposing corrective actions or continuous improvements. * Deepening functional knowledge of systems under your responsibility to serve as a reference during internal QA and UAT phases. * Assisting users in diagnosing production failures, incident support, and problem resolution. * Acting as a technical leader in projects, serving as a reference for planning alongside the project manager and suppliers. What You Need: * Solid experience in functional and technical analysis. * Technical background in development, especially working with Java APIs, evaluating solutions, and discussing technical details with developers. * Knowledge of software architecture best practices (scalability, resilience, performance, observability, security). * Understanding of the software development lifecycle and associated processes. * Experience with work management tools (Jira). * Experience in projects involving multiple suppliers and internal departments. * Hands-on troubleshooting, incident analysis, and root cause identification. * Fluent English for conversation (participating in meetings, presentations, and technical alignment sessions). * Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams. * Critical, organized, and solution-oriented mindset. * Proactivity and ownership mentality. * Systemic vision and negotiation capability. * Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. We are seeking someone with experience in: * Demonstrated expertise with the Salesforce platform. * Proficiency in integration practices and standards (REST APIs, messaging, microservices). * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Knowledge of UML, BPMN, and best practices in technical documentation.
