Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst for a strategic role in the construction industry, focused on system development, support, and optimization—especially for the TOTVS RM ERP. Advanced technical support for TOTVS RM ERP A group of companies in the construction industry is looking for an **IT ANALYST** with extensive experience. This position will play a key role in the organization's strategy. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct requirements gathering and process analysis with users, identifying needs and proposing appropriate technical solutions—especially related to the TOTVS RM ERP; * Develop, test, and implement systems and integrations between the ERP and other applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements; * Monitor application lifecycles, performing adjustments, fixes, and continuous improvements; * Support integration among systems, databases, and corporate tools, with emphasis on interoperability with TOTVS RM; * Execute and monitor backup routines, system updates, and performance monitoring to ensure service stability; * Provide intermediate- and advanced-level technical support to users of the TOTVS RM ERP and other systems, resolving incidents and guiding proper use of functionalities; * Participate in TOTVS RM implementation, upgrade, and customization projects, collaborating in risk analysis and user acceptance testing; * Contribute to database development and maintenance, writing queries, generating reports, and optimizing SQL queries. **Prerequisites:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; * Minimum 1 year of experience in system development, support, or analysis—preferably with TOTVS RM ERP; * Knowledge of diagnosing technical IT issues; * Knowledge of programming languages and technologies; * Proficiency in the TOTVS RM system **Work Location:** * Rio de Janeiro/RJ Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * What is your expected salary?
